The lobby had an unpleasant smell, akin to bug spray, and there were multiple complaints about pests in the rooms, including dead ants on the beds and a dead roach on the floor. The impression was that housekeeping lacked care, as the bathroom sink showed signs of neglect and left behind residue.

The check-in experience provided by the staff was remarkable. they demonstrated exceptional patience and understanding when helping with reservation issues. The facilities were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the exterior of the hotel created an initial impression that was less than inviting, which was a downside compared to the pleasant lobby ambiance. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot food, adding to the overall experience.
